Camfil HVAC Air Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil Air Filters can be applied across multiple stages of commercial and industrial HVAC filtration.

Typical applications include:

  • Fresh-air systems.
  • Air Handling Units.
  • Commercial HVAC systems.
  • Industrial HVAC systems.
  • Hospital ventilation.
  • Pharmaceutical HVAC.
  • Cleanroom make-up air systems.

The appropriate filtration level depends on outdoor-air quality, indoor-air-quality requirements, process sensitivity, airflow and available fan static pressure.

Camfil AHU Filters

Air Handling Units commonly use multiple filtration stages.

A general HVAC arrangement may use:

Pre Filter → Fine Filter

A critical application may use:

Pre Filter → Fine Filter → HEPA Filter

Where gaseous contamination must also be controlled, the system may incorporate molecular filtration.

Camfil Pre Filters

Pre-filtration helps reduce the coarse particulate load reaching downstream filters and HVAC components.

Correct pre-filtration can help protect:

  • Fine Filters.
  • Bag Filters.
  • Compact Filters.
  • HEPA Filters.
  • Cooling coils.
  • Fans.
  • Internal AHU surfaces.

Reducing the dust load reaching more expensive downstream filters can also help extend their useful service life.

Camfil Bag Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil Bag Filters, also called Pocket Filters, are widely used for fine particulate filtration in commercial and industrial ventilation systems.

The pocket configuration provides a relatively large media area and can offer:

  • Fine particulate filtration.
  • Good dust-holding capacity.
  • Suitable airflow performance.
  • Long service life when correctly selected.
  • Protection of downstream filtration stages.

Camfil Hi-Flo Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil Hi-Flo is an established Camfil Bag Filter family designed for general ventilation applications.

Different Hi-Flo products are available with different:

  • Filtration efficiencies.
  • Dimensions.
  • Pocket lengths.
  • Pocket quantities.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Pressure-drop characteristics.

For this reason, the Hi-Flo family name alone is not sufficient for replacement selection.

The exact product code or current technical specification should be confirmed before ordering.

Camfil Compact Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil Compact Filters provide a large filtration area within a rigid, compact construction.

They can be applied to:

  • Commercial HVAC.
  • Industrial HVAC.
  • Air Handling Units.
  • Fine filtration stages.
  • Cleanroom pre-filtration.
  • High-airflow applications.

Camfil V-Bank Filters

V-Bank Filters use multiple pleated media packs arranged in a V-shaped configuration.

The configuration can provide a large effective media area within a compact external depth.

V-Bank describes filter construction rather than filtration efficiency.

A V-Bank Filter should therefore not automatically be classified as HEPA. The actual efficiency must be determined from the tested finished-filter performance.

Camfil Fine Air Filters

Fine Air Filters are used where higher particulate filtration performance is required than conventional coarse pre-filtration can provide.

Depending on tested finished-filter performance, Camfil General Ventilation Filters may provide ISO 16890 classifications such as:

  • ePM10.
  • ePM2.5.
  • ePM1.

Camfil ePM1 Filters

Selected Camfil General Ventilation Filters provide ISO ePM1 performance for applications requiring improved control of fine particulate matter.

ISO ePM1 should not be interpreted as equivalent to HEPA.

ISO 16890 covers general ventilation filters, while high-efficiency EPA, HEPA and ULPA filters are evaluated under different standards.

Camfil HEPA Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil HEPA Filters are designed for critical environments requiring significantly higher particulate filtration performance than ordinary general ventilation filters.

Typical applications can include:

  • Cleanrooms.
  • Pharmaceutical plants.

  • Individual test documentation where required.
  • Dimensions.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Initial pressure drop.
  • Frame construction.
  • Seal configuration.

Camfil H13 HEPA Filter Distributor Vietnam

Selected Camfil high-efficiency products are available in H13 HEPA configurations.

When requesting an H13 replacement, provide:

  • Camfil product family.
  • Article number.
  • Width × Height × Depth.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Initial pressure drop.
  • Frame material.
  • Gasket or gel seal.
  • Required testing documentation.

Camfil H14 HEPA Filter Distributor Vietnam

Selected Camfil high-efficiency filter products are also available in H14 HEPA configurations.

H14 represents a higher HEPA classification than H13, but H14 should not automatically replace H13 in every application.

An efficiency upgrade should consider:

  • Contamination-control requirements.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Available fan static pressure.
  • Filter resistance.
  • Housing compatibility.
  • Seal configuration.
  • Integrity-testing requirements.

Camfil H13 vs H14 HEPA Filters

Parameter H13 HEPA H14 HEPA
Category HEPA HEPA
Relative Efficiency High Higher than H13
Typical Use Critical particulate filtration More demanding critical filtration
Pressure Drop Product dependent Product dependent
Correct Selection Based on project requirement Based on project requirement

Camfil ULPA Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil ULPA Filters provide ultra-high-efficiency particulate filtration for highly contamination-sensitive applications.

Potential applications include:

  • Semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Microelectronics.
  • Advanced cleanrooms.
  • Critical research facilities.

Camfil Cleanroom Filters

Cleanroom filtration generally uses several filtration stages rather than relying on one filter.

A common arrangement can include:

Pre Filter → Fine Filter → HEPA / ULPA Filter

The final cleanroom classification depends on the complete contamination-control system rather than filter class alone.

Important factors include:

  • Room airflow design.
  • Air distribution.
  • Room pressure strategy.
  • Particle generation.
  • Terminal filtration.
  • Filter sealing.
  • Installed filter integrity.
  • Operational practices.

Camfil Filters for Fan Filter Units

Fan Filter Units used in cleanrooms may incorporate HEPA or ULPA filtration according to the required contamination-control performance.

Replacement selection should verify:

  • FFU dimensions.
  • Filter dimensions.
  • Efficiency class.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Pressure drop.
  • Frame depth.
  • Gasket or gel seal.
  • Ceiling-system compatibility.

Camfil Molecular Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil Molecular Filters are designed for gas-phase contamination rather than conventional particulate contamination.

Depending on the selected adsorbent and application, molecular filtration can be used to control selected:

  • Odors.
  • Volatile Organic Compounds.
  • Acid gases.
  • Basic gases.
  • Corrosive gases.
  • Airborne Molecular Contamination.

How Camfil Molecular Filtration Works

Molecular filtration primarily uses adsorption or chemisorption technologies.

Depending on the contaminant, filter media can include:

  • Activated carbon.
  • Impregnated activated carbon.
  • Activated alumina.
  • Impregnated alumina.
  • Specialty adsorbent media.

No single activated-carbon or molecular-filter media should be assumed to remove every gas or VOC.

Media selection should be based on the target chemical and operating conditions.

Camfil HEPA vs Molecular Filters

Parameter HEPA Filter Molecular Filter
Primary Target Particles Gases and molecules
Technology Fibrous filtration Adsorption / Chemisorption
Fine Particle Control Yes Not primary function
VOC Control Generally no Target-specific
Odor Control Generally no Target-specific
AMC Control Generally no Target-specific

Camfil High Temperature Filter Distributor Vietnam

Camfil provides High Temperature Filters for applications operating above the normal temperature limits of conventional HVAC filters.

Potential applications include:

  • Industrial ovens.
  • Drying systems.
  • Pharmaceutical processes.
  • Food production.
  • Heat-treatment processes.

Temperature capability must be confirmed for the complete filter assembly, including:

  • Media.
  • Frame.
  • Separators.
  • Sealant.
  • Gasket.

HEPA classification alone does not establish high-temperature capability.

Camfil Air Filters for Commercial Buildings

Camfil General Ventilation Filters can be used in commercial buildings such as:

  • Office buildings.
  • Hotels.
  • Shopping centers.
  • Airports.
  • Schools.
  • Public buildings.

Air filtration should operate together with appropriate ventilation, source control, humidity management and HVAC maintenance as part of the overall indoor-air-quality strategy.

Camfil Air Filters for Hospitals

Hospital filtration requirements depend on the function and risk level of each space.

Different areas may use combinations of:

  • Pre Filters.
  • Fine Filters.
  • High Efficiency Filters.
  • HEPA Filters for selected critical areas.

HEPA filtration is not automatically required for every hospital space. Filter selection should follow the facility's ventilation and infection-control requirements.

Camfil Air Filters for Pharmaceutical Plants

Pharmaceutical facilities can use Camfil filtration products for:

  • Outdoor-air filtration.
  • AHU pre-filtration.
  • Fine filtration.
  • Cleanroom filtration.
  • Terminal HEPA filtration.
  • Molecular contamination control.
  • High-temperature applications.

A filter classification alone does not establish GMP compliance.

Complete HVAC design, room classification, airflow, pressure cascade, process requirements, qualification and maintenance must also be considered.

Camfil Air Filters for Food Factories

Food and beverage facilities may require different filtration levels according to hygiene zoning and process exposure.

Applications can include:

  • General production HVAC.
  • High-care areas.
  • Packaging areas.
  • Clean processing environments.
  • Drying applications.
  • Selected odor-control systems.

HEPA filtration can be appropriate for selected high-care applications but should not automatically be specified throughout an entire food factory.

Camfil Air Filters for Semiconductor Plants

Semiconductor manufacturing can require extremely high levels of particulate control together with control of Airborne Molecular Contamination.

Potential filtration technologies include:

  • Fine Filters.
  • HEPA Filters.
  • ULPA Filters.
  • FFU filtration.
  • Molecular Filters.
  • Specialty AMC filtration.

HEPA and ULPA Filters control particulate contamination but generally do not remove gaseous AMC. Molecular filtration must therefore be considered separately where gaseous contamination is critical.

Camfil Air Filters for Electronics Factories

Electronics manufacturing facilities can require filtration to protect sensitive production processes from particulate contamination.

Depending on process requirements, filtration can include:

  • General ventilation filtration.
  • Fine filtration.
  • HEPA filtration.
  • ULPA filtration.
  • Molecular contamination control.

Camfil Air Filters for Data Centers

Data-center filtration should consider particulate contamination and, where relevant, corrosive gaseous contamination.

Important factors include:

  • Outdoor-air quality.
  • Economizer operation.
  • PM concentration.
  • Corrosive gas risk.
  • Pressure drop.
  • Continuous operating hours.
  • Energy consumption.
  • Filter service life.

Camfil Air Filters for Manufacturing Plants

Manufacturing facilities can use Camfil Air Filters for general HVAC and clean manufacturing environments.

However, conventional HVAC Air Filters should not be treated as substitutes for dedicated industrial dust collectors where processes generate high concentrations of:

  • Dust.
  • Fumes.
  • Mist.
  • Process emissions.

Such processes may require dedicated source-capture and industrial air-pollution-control equipment.

Camfil Filters and ISO 16890

ISO 16890 is an important current classification framework for General Ventilation Filters.

Its main categories include:

  • ISO Coarse.
  • ePM10.
  • ePM2.5.
  • ePM1.

Camfil's General Ventilation portfolio includes products across different ISO 16890 efficiency categories.

Camfil Filters and Former EN 779 Classes

Older HVAC specifications may reference:

  • G4.
  • M5.
  • M6.
  • F7.
  • F8.
  • F9.

These classes are associated with the former EN 779 general ventilation classification system.

For current product selection, ISO 16890 performance should be reviewed where applicable.

An exact universal one-to-one conversion between former EN 779 classes and ISO 16890 should not be assumed.

Camfil HEPA Filters and EN 1822

EN 1822 is an important test and classification framework for EPA, HEPA and ULPA filtration.

For critical installations, customers should confirm:

  • Filter classification.
  • MPPS performance.
  • Individual testing where required.
  • Test documentation.
  • Seal configuration.
  • Installed integrity requirements.

Camfil HEPA Filters and ISO 29463

ISO 29463 provides another international framework for high-efficiency Air Filter classification and testing.

The applicable standard should be confirmed from the technical documentation for the exact Camfil product and the project's filtration specification.

Camfil Molecular Filters and ISO 10121

Gas-phase filtration performance requires a different evaluation method from particulate filtration.

Molecular filter performance can be evaluated according to standards such as ISO 10121.

Particulate classifications such as ISO ePM1 or HEPA should therefore not be used to determine gas-removal performance.

Why Camfil Filter Pressure Drop Matters

Pressure drop represents the resistance created as air passes through the filter.

Filter resistance can affect:

  • System airflow.
  • Fan static pressure.
  • Fan energy consumption.
  • Room pressure.
  • Heating and cooling capacity.
  • Cleanroom performance.

Filtration efficiency should therefore be evaluated together with pressure drop and system airflow.

Initial vs Final Pressure Drop

Initial pressure drop represents filter resistance when the particulate filter is relatively clean.

As particulate contamination accumulates, filter resistance normally increases.

The appropriate replacement point depends on:

  • Manufacturer recommendations.
  • Available fan static pressure.
  • Required airflow.
  • Energy objectives.
  • Facility maintenance requirements.

Camfil Filters and Energy Efficiency

The purchase price of a filter represents only one part of its total operating cost.

A lifecycle evaluation can consider:

  • Filter purchase price.
  • Initial pressure drop.
  • Average operating pressure drop.
  • Filtration efficiency.
  • Dust-holding capacity.
  • Service life.
  • Fan energy.
  • Replacement frequency.
  • Maintenance labor.
  • Disposal costs.

Camfil Replacement Filter Distributor Vietnam

Many customers searching for a Camfil Air Filter Distributor in Vietnam need replacement filters for existing AHUs, cleanrooms or industrial systems.

A replacement filter should not be selected from dimensions alone.

The following parameters should be verified:

  • Camfil product family.
  • Article number.
  • Actual dimensions.
  • Filtration efficiency.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Initial pressure drop.
  • Recommended final pressure drop.
  • Media construction.
  • Frame material.
  • Seal configuration.
  • Operating temperature.
  • Application.

How to Identify an Existing Camfil Filter

The existing product label is normally the most reliable starting point for replacement identification.

Take a clear photograph showing:

  • Camfil product name.
  • Product family.
  • Article number.
  • Efficiency class.
  • Dimensions.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Pressure drop.
  • Other identification codes.

Can Another Brand Replace a Camfil Filter?

In some non-proprietary applications, a technically compatible alternative may be possible.

However, matching external dimensions does not establish technical equivalence.

The replacement should be compared for:

  • Filtration efficiency.
  • Applicable testing standard.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Initial pressure drop.
  • Dust-loading characteristics.
  • Effective media area.
  • Frame construction.
  • Seal configuration.
  • Temperature capability.
  • Operating conditions.

For validated pharmaceutical, cleanroom and other critical installations, changing the filter type or manufacturer may require engineering review, testing or requalification.

When Should Camfil Air Filters Be Replaced?

There is no universal replacement interval for every Camfil particulate filter.

Service life depends on:

  • Dust concentration.
  • Outdoor-air quality.
  • Operating hours.
  • Airflow.
  • Media area.
  • Pre-filtration.
  • Environmental conditions.
  • Allowable final pressure drop.

Differential Pressure Monitoring

Differential pressure monitoring provides useful information about particulate-filter loading.

It can be particularly useful for:

  • Bag Filters.
  • Compact Filters.
  • HEPA Filters.
  • Large AHU filter banks.

Facility maintenance procedures may still specify calendar-based replacement, but differential pressure provides additional information about actual loading condition.

When Should Camfil Molecular Filters Be Replaced?

Molecular filters require a different maintenance approach because adsorbent saturation may occur without a significant increase in pressure drop.

Service life depends on:

  • Target contaminant.
  • Contaminant concentration.
  • Adsorbent type.
  • Adsorbent quantity.
  • Air velocity.
  • Temperature.
  • Relative humidity.
  • Operating hours.
  • Required breakthrough limit.

For critical applications, appropriate gas monitoring or media-life analysis can be more useful than relying on pressure drop alone.

Can Camfil Air Filters Be Washed?

Only products specifically designed for cleaning and reuse should be washed.

Standard Fine Filters, Bag Filters, Compact Filters, HEPA Filters and ULPA Filters should generally not be washed unless Camfil specifically states that the exact product is designed for cleaning and reuse.

Improper washing can damage filter media, pleat geometry, media treatment, sealants and filter integrity.

How to Select the Correct Camfil Air Filter

Step 1 – Identify the Application

Determine whether the filter is required for:

  • HVAC.
  • AHU.
  • Commercial buildings.
  • Hospitals.
  • Cleanrooms.
  • Pharmaceutical plants.
  • Food factories.
  • Electronics factories.
  • Semiconductor facilities.
  • Data centers.
  • Industrial facilities.

Step 2 – Identify the Contaminant

Determine whether the primary concern is coarse dust, PM10, PM2.5, PM1, critical particles, odors, VOCs, corrosive gases or AMC.

Step 3 – Determine Required Efficiency

Select filtration performance according to the actual project requirement rather than automatically selecting the highest available efficiency.

Step 4 – Confirm Dimensions

Measure the actual:

Width × Height × Depth (W × H × D)

Nominal dimensions and actual dimensions can differ.

Step 5 – Confirm Rated Airflow

The filter must operate correctly at the system's required airflow.

Step 6 – Review Pressure Drop

Confirm that the fan and HVAC system can accommodate the filter resistance.

Step 7 – Confirm Frame and Seal

This is particularly important for HEPA and ULPA Filters because bypass leakage can compromise installed filtration performance.

Step 8 – Check Operating Conditions

Consider temperature, humidity, chemical exposure, dust concentration and operating hours.

Camfil Air Filter Price in Vietnam

Camfil Air Filter pricing depends on the exact technical specification rather than brand name alone.

Main pricing factors include:

  • Product family.
  • Article number.
  • Dimensions.
  • Filtration efficiency.
  • Media construction.
  • Rated airflow.
  • Pressure drop.
  • Frame construction.
  • Seal configuration.
  • Testing requirements.
  • Quantity.

  • Delivery requirements.

For accurate quotation, provide the Camfil article number or a clear photograph of the complete existing filter label whenever possible.

Why the Lowest Air Filter Price May Not Mean the Lowest Cost

The initial purchase price represents only part of the total filtration cost.

A lower-priced filter may result in higher overall operating costs if it has:

  • Higher average pressure drop.
  • Shorter service life.
  • Lower dust-holding capacity.
  • More frequent replacement requirements.
  • Higher maintenance requirements.

For continuously operated HVAC systems, lifecycle cost can provide a more useful comparison than purchase price alone.
